SMC CDG1BN32100Z Round Body Air Cylinder — 32 mm bore, 100 mm stroke. SMC CDG1BN32-100Z is a CG1-Z series round body air cylinder, double acting with a single rod, 32 mm bore and 100 mm stroke. The CDG1 prefix denotes the built-in magnet version for auto switch mounting; B is the basic mounting style and N specifies the rubber bumper cushion. It operates on air with a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa, a minimum operating pressure of 0.05 MPa and a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa. Piston speed range is 50 to 1000 mm/s and lubrication is not required (non-lube). Ambient and fluid temperature is -10 to 70 C without an auto switch and -10 to 60 C with an auto switch. Used as a general purpose linear actuator on automated machinery where a compact round body cylinder is needed for pushing, clamping, lifting or transferring parts. The built-in magnet allows D-series auto switches to be band-mounted directly on the tube for reliable end-of-stroke position sensing, feeding cycle confirmation signals back to the PLC. The 32 mm bore with rubber bumper cushioning suits medium loads at moderate speeds on assembly stations, packaging lines, conveyors, indexing tables and material handling fixtures.
