SMC CDG1BN2575Z Round Body Air Cylinder — 25mm Bore, 75mm Stroke. SMC CDG1BN25-75Z is a CG1-Z series round body air cylinder with a 25 mm bore and 75 mm stroke. It is a double acting, single rod actuator with a built-in magnet (CDG1 prefix) so that SMC auto switches can be mounted directly on the round tube. The 'B' code denotes the basic mounting style and the 'N' code denotes rubber bumper cushioning. The impact-extruded aluminium tube and rod cover are hard anodised, and the piston rod is stainless steel on the magnet-equipped 20 mm and 25 mm bore sizes. It runs on air, requires no lubrication (non-lube), operates from 0.05 MPa up to a maximum of 1.0 MPa with a 1.5 MPa proof pressure, and uses Rc 1/8 ports. Rod end is male thread M10 x 1.25 with a 10 mm diameter piston rod. Ambient and fluid temperature range is -10 to 70 C without an auto switch, or -10 to 60 C with an auto switch fitted.

A 25 mm bore CG1 cylinder with 75 mm of travel for mid-range pushing, ejecting, lifting and diverting on conveyors, filling lines and assembly jigs. The built-in magnet accepts SMC reed and solid state auto switches anywhere along the round tube, giving flexible end-of-stroke detection, while rubber bumpers absorb the piston impact at each end. Hard anodised aluminium construction with non-lube seals keeps friction and maintenance low in continuous duty applications.
