SMC CDG1BN2075Z Round Body Air Cylinder — 20mm Bore, 75mm Stroke. SMC CDG1BN20-75Z is a CG1-Z series round body air cylinder with a 20 mm bore and 75 mm stroke. It is a double acting, single rod actuator with a built-in magnet (CDG1 prefix) so that SMC auto switches can be mounted directly on the round tube. The 'B' code denotes the basic mounting style and the 'N' code denotes rubber bumper cushioning. The impact-extruded aluminium tube and rod cover are hard anodised, and the piston rod is stainless steel on the magnet-equipped 20 mm and 25 mm bore sizes. It runs on air, requires no lubrication (non-lube), operates from 0.05 MPa up to a maximum of 1.0 MPa with a 1.5 MPa proof pressure, and uses Rc 1/8 ports. Rod end is male thread M8 x 1.25 with a 8 mm diameter piston rod. Ambient and fluid temperature range is -10 to 70 C without an auto switch, or -10 to 60 C with an auto switch fitted.

Non-lube operation and basic mounting make it a straightforward drop-in replacement.
