SMC CDG1BN20125Z Round Body Air Cylinder — 20 mm bore, 125 mm stroke, rubber bumper, basic mount, built-in magnet. SMC CG1 Series (CG1-Z) round body air cylinder, double acting, single rod, with built-in magnet (CDG1) for auto switch mounting. Per the official SMC how-to-order the code reads CDG1 + mounting + cushion + bore - stroke + Z: B = basic mounting, N = rubber bumper (A = air cushion), 20 = 20 mm bore, 125 = 125 mm stroke, and the trailing Z is the fixed series suffix of the current CG1-Z generation (it is not a selectable option in the how-to-order). Male rod end (Nil); rod end nut supplied as standard. 125 mm is a standard stroke for the 20 mm bore (25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200 mm). Fluid: air. CDG1BN20-125Z Applications

With a 125 mm stroke on a 20 mm bore, this CG1 round body cylinder covers the medium-reach pushing, ejecting and lifting moves found on conveyors, indexing tables and packaging lines. The rubber bumper suits light loads at moderate speed and needs no cushion adjustment, while basic mounting keeps the installed envelope tight and allows foot, flange or clevis brackets to be fitted later. The built-in magnet accepts SMC auto switches so both stroke ends can be reported to the controller.
