This CG1 round body cylinder is a compact general-purpose actuator for pushing, clamping, lifting and part transfer on assembly, packaging and conveying machinery. The rubber bumper version is the standard low-cost choice for light loads and moderate speeds, absorbing the impact at each stroke end without the need to tune cushion needles. Basic mounting keeps the envelope small and lets brackets be added later, and the built-in magnet accepts SMC auto switches for end-of-stroke position feedback to the PLC.
