SMC CD85N20200CB Mini Air Cylinder — 20 mm bore, 200 mm stroke, air cushion, band-mount auto switch. SMC CD85N20-200C-B is a C85 series ISO 6432 mini air cylinder, double acting with a single rod and a built-in magnet (D) for auto switch detection. This is the air cushioned counterpart to CD85N20-200-B and is the right choice when a 200 mm stroke carries enough moving mass that the rubber bumper limit of 0.27 J would be exceeded. Adjustable cushions at both ends decelerate the piston smoothly, cutting impact, noise and vibration on long-travel pushers, ejectors, lifters and transfer arms in packaging and assembly machinery. The built-in magnet with band-mounted auto switches reports end positions to the PLC, and the ISO 6432 round body drops into standard mini cylinder brackets.
