SMC AW3002BDE Modular Filter Regulator — Rc1/4 port, with bracket, N.O. float auto drain, square embedded pressure gauge. SMC AW30-02BDE-D modular filter regulator combining a 5 micron air filter and relieving pressure regulator in one body. Rc1/4 ports, polycarbonate bowl, maximum operating pressure 1.0 MPa, set pressure range 0.05 to 0.85 MPa, ambient and fluid temperature -5 to 60 C. Configured with mounting bracket, N.O. (normally open) float type auto drain and square embedded type pressure gauge (with limit indicator). Larger AW30 body with 25 cm3 drain capacity.

AW30-02BDE-D Applications

Placed at the inlet of a pneumatic circuit to filter particulates and regulate supply pressure in one compact unit. The larger AW30 body offers higher flow and greater drain capacity than the AW20. The N.O. float auto drain automatically discharges condensate when the system is depressurised, and the flush square embedded gauge with limit indicator gives clear, space-saving outlet pressure monitoring. The bracket eases mounting. Suited to machinery and assembly lines needing clean, stable air at moderate flow.
