AV3000-A series soft start-up (slow start) valve, F03 flange/port size 3/8, solenoid-operated 24 VDC (5) rated coil, DZB option (DIN terminal configuration). Operating pressure range 0.2 to 1 MPa. Gradually raises downstream pressure on start-up and provides quick exhaust on shut-off. Low power consumption.

Fitted at a pneumatic system inlet to raise pressure gradually so actuators do not slam at start-up, protecting operators and equipment from sudden motion. When the 24 VDC solenoid is de-energized it exhausts the downstream circuit quickly for safe maintenance. The AV3000-A F03 flange-port body handles 3/8 lines with improved flow characteristics and low coil power for energy-efficient operation.
