AV2000-A series soft start-up (slow start) valve, F02 flange/port size 1/4, solenoid-operated with 24 VDC (5) rated coil, YZB option (DIN terminal / surge suppressor configuration). Gradually raises downstream pressure on start-up and provides quick exhaust on shut-off. Low power consumption, improved flow characteristics.

Installed at the inlet of a pneumatic system to ramp initial pressure gradually so cylinders do not lunge when air is first applied, protecting personnel and machinery from sudden actuation. On de-energizing, the valve rapidly exhausts the downstream circuit for safe maintenance and lockout. The low-power AV2000-A design with 24 VDC solenoid reduces energy use versus older start-up valves in the 1/4 line size range.
