AR40-N04-Z-A Applications

The SMC AR40-N04-Z-A is an energy-saving modular air pressure regulator, body size 40 with NPT 1/2 ports, carrying a Z semi-standard option and the A energy-saving spec that cuts pressure drop up to 50%. It holds downstream pressure steady in higher-flow pneumatic circuits within an FRL air-preparation stack, feeding cylinders, valves and air tools. The relieving design vents excess downstream pressure for accurate control in factory automation, packaging and machinery.
