AN10-01 Applications

The AN10-01 is a compact resin-bodied silencer that threads into a solenoid valve or manifold exhaust port to cut exhaust air noise by about 30 dB(A). Its R1/8 male thread and 10 mm2 effective area suit small valves with recommended flow of 0.8 m3/min or less. The sintered resin sound-absorbing body keeps back pressure low while attenuating the sharp hiss of venting compressed air. Choose a silencer whose sonic conductance exceeds that of the valve, and replace it if exhaust speed drops due to clogging. Rated to 1.0 MPa maximum inlet pressure.
