AMD20-F02D Applications

The AMD20-F02D is a micro mist separator that coalesces and removes oil aerosols and solid particles down to 0.01 micron, cutting outlet oil carryover to 0.1 mg/m3 or less for a clean compressed air supply. The F02 designation gives a G1/4 port and the D suffix adds an automatic drain that discharges accumulated liquid without manual attention. Rated to 300 L/min and 1.0 MPa, it serves as a secondary coalescing stage downstream of a general-purpose filter to protect instruments and precision processes. Replace the element yearly or when pressure drop reaches 0.1 MPa.
